Terms of Use
FitSet provides home workout planning, movement guidance, timers, and progress tools for general fitness and wellness.
Fitness guidance
FitSet is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Speak with a qualified professional before starting if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy-related concern, or any uncertainty about exercise safety.
Subscriptions
FitSet Plus unlocks full plans, future workouts, focus plans, history insights, and plan refreshes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free access
Today's starter workout, basic movement guidance, account deletion, and Apple Health activity views remain available without FitSet Plus.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private APIs, or use FitSet in a way that harms the product or other users.
Privacy Policy
FitSet keeps the account lightweight: no email or password is required. Your account is created from a device identifier.
Data we use
We store your device account ID, profile answers, generated workout plans, completion history, subscription status, and basic technical records needed to operate the service.
Apple Health
If you enable Apple Health access, FitSet reads daily steps, active energy, and walking or running distance to show activity inside the app. Apple Health access is optional and is not sold or locked behind Plus.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. FitSet receives subscription state such as active product, renewal status, store, and expiration date, not your full payment card details.
Deletion
You can delete your account from Profile. This removes your profile, plan, workout history, and subscription customer record from FitSet systems, while Apple purchase records remain managed by Apple.
EULA
FitSet uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.
Apple Standard EULA
The Apple Standard EULA applies unless FitSet publishes a separate custom license. You can review the Apple terms from the official Apple link below.
Use of FitSet
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to App Store rules and the Apple Standard EULA.
